The Best Exercise? It’s Personal

You’re not strictly one or the other.

So, when fitness experts tell you to do the exercise that works best for you, they’re not just dismissing your question. They genuinely understand that your body is unlike anyone else’s. It’s about finding what suits you best.

In my case, I’ve come to realize that I’m not cut out for endurance activities like long-distance running.
