Hey there, it’s Joe Justice here, and I want to help you get motivated to improve your health and fitness. Today is May 1st, 2023, and I’m excited to bring you the kind of motivation you need to kick-start your day and your week because it’s Motivation Monday!
As the Home Gym Hustle Hero, I want to help you take your health and fitness to the next level. That’s why I’m inviting you to join me in a challenge group for the entire month of May. Every Monday and Friday at 7 a.m., we’ll be doing virtual workouts together, and I want you to be a part of it. All you have to do is go to https://www.joejustice.org/join or shoot me a message at firstname.lastname@example.org, and I’ll add you to the group.
This challenge group is all about making progress, taking small, incremental steps, and achieving your goals. I believe that you can achieve whatever it is that you’re trying to achieve if you take it seriously and make the effort to move forward. That’s why I want to help you out with doing that.
Today was our first workout, and it was a cardio-based workout that lasted about 25 minutes. It’s a workout that anyone can fit into their schedule, even if you have a busy day ahead. After the workout, you’ll still have plenty of time to take a shower and get ready for your day.
Of course, everyone’s schedule is different, and if the 7 a.m. workout doesn’t work for you, that’s okay too. Just shoot me a message at email@example.com and I’ll send you some other resources to help you figure out what will work for you.
Now, let me tell you a little bit about why I’ve decided to start this challenge group. April was a crazy month for me and my family. We had so much going on with school wrapping up, spring activities, and birthday parties. We had to miss so many events that people invited us to because we were so busy. As a result, I wasn’t able to stick to my training and diet as well as I usually do, and I packed on about 10 pounds in just a month.
But I’m not going to beat myself up over it. Instead, I’m going to use it as motivation to get back on track and work towards my goals. Summer is just around the corner, and I know I’m not the only one looking to get into shape for the season.
So, let’s do this together. Let’s motivate each other, support each other, and work towards our goals together. Join me in the challenge group, and let’s make May the month that we take our health and fitness to the next level.
